Hi, I’m Sanela! I am a doctoral-level psychologist dedicated to helping individuals break free from the grip of anxiety and OCD. I have a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, courage, and compassion. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I understand how overwhelming and exhausting it can be to live with constant worry, panic, or intrusive thoughts—and I want you to know there’s a path forward.

 

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to create structured, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where you can gain the tools to manage anxiety, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
