My Therapy Services
We offer a personalized program with a treatment plan created for your specific needs. We specialize in helping children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, and/or perfectionism. In-person and online appointments are available.
Insurance & Private Pay
We are in-network with and will file claims for these insurances on your behalf:

If you have a different insurance provider, we would be considered out-of-network. In that case, you would be responsible for filing claims, and we’ll gladly provide a detailed invoice for your records.

Our private pay rates are as follows:
• Initial Intake Session: $185
• Ongoing Therapy Sessions: $155
